Mindfulness Yoga

Participants will work one on one with their trauma-trained yoga facilitator with exercises followed by talk sessions with our therapists.

The blending of these services over time increases functioning mood regulation and stress relief.

By using these simple exercises, the survivor will be encouraged to feel safe and at home in their body again.

We will work to help them feel the boundaries of their body, listen to their body, and be empowered to make choices based on what they feel.
